Rental Policies

Delivery and Pickup Rates

Delivery and pick up rates are based on the estimated time, distance of the location of your event as well as the required delivery-pickup schedule you have selected. Delivery and pick up rates are quoted each way as opposed to a round trip fee. We deliver at any time and at any specific time should your event require for an added fee.  Our most economic rates are based on an open 8 hour window for delivery and pickup. Minimum rental order for deliveries is $85.00 dollars excluding delivery and pick-up service fee. Please note: Our regular delivery and pickup times are Monday through Saturday, 8 AM-5 PM.  Sundays and after business hours will be charged at a higher rate. After you submit your quote a representative from del rey party rentals will determine your delivery rates and pick up rates.

Setup & Teardown Rates

Items that require set-up will be charged an additional charge based on the time required to complete the installation-setup. This charge will be determined once we receive your quote request.

Rental Period

All rates quoted are based on a 24 hour rental period per item; however, we allow extra time for the customer to pick-up/drop-off at our location you may pick up party rentals one day before your event and return the equipment on the next business day.

We Offer on all of our rental inventory daily,weekly and monthly rates. Please call for pricing information.

Glassware & China

All china, glassware, silverware, and food service items must be rinsed food-free ad repacked in their containers for return.

100% cancellation charge will apply custom branded rented items cancelled within 7 days of the date of delivery or customer pickup.

100% cancellation charge will apply to items described as special ordered once order is placed.

100% cancellation will apply to rental items cancelled less than 24 hours from the date of delivery or client pick-up date.

50% cancellation will apply to rental items cancelled less than 48 hours from the date of delivery or client pick-up date.

100% charge will apply to items not used, returned unused once delivered or picked up by customer.
